Job summary

MN Association of Charter Schools is seeking a District Technology Coordinator to provide hands-on Tier 1 technology support for multiple CCS campuses. The role focuses on Chromebook management, user accounts, and user training, with no supervisory duties and tasks assigned by the District Technology Manager.

The position is part-time (0.4 FTE), on-site at Crosslake, with a pro-rated salary of $21,120–$26,400/year.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, educational technology, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years in technical or customer support.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience with Chromebooks, Windows, and Mac devices.
• Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and device connectivity.
• Familiarity with educational software and learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 1 help desk tickets and provide first response.
• Image, setup, and deploy Chromebooks and manage device inventory.
• Reset passwords and manage staff/user accounts; troubleshoot Clever and single sign-on.
• Walk staff, students, and families through district programs like Google Classroom and Infinite Campus.
• Identify phishing attempts and escalate to the Technology Manager as needed.
