You should have 2+ years of relevant experience, CCNA or equivalent Cisco knowledge, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure.
• CCNA certification or equivalent Cisco networking knowledge required.
• Experience troubleshooting network issues and maintaining on-premises infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Windows Server administration and on-premises environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for on-premises servers, OS, and core IT infra.
• Assist with network and system maintenance, hardware deployments, cabling, patching.
• Troubleshoot user, server, and network connectivity issues to ensure uptime.
• Support monitoring, documentation, and admin tasks for IT standards compliance.
• Collaborate with senior staff on enhancements and deployments.
