Platinum in Chicago is seeking a dynamic Jr. Sales Person to join our team in a hybrid role.

The position focuses on driving sales by building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service in the Commercial Real Estate space. We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of proven sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of proven sales experience.
• Experience in the real estate or commercial property industry preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and build a sustainable client base.
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
• Maintain and grow customer accounts to increase revenue by leveraging existing building relationships and attending networking events.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with industry contacts.
• Manage day-to-day aspects of client relationships, ensuring the highest standard of service.
• Act as a trusted advisor and resource for clients, providing regular updates and site visits.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to close business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to prepare cost estimates.
• Partner with operations and scheduling teams to coordinate contracts and one-time jobs.
• Work closely with accounting to resolve invoice and billing matters.
• Compose professional letters, proposals, and communications for clients.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Platinum's services and accounts.
