The role targets candidates admitted in Illinois with 1+ years of CRE experience and a strong drafting/negotiation skillset, offering a hybrid schedule with Fridays remote and mentorship for career growth.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active admission to practice law in Illinois.
1+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions preferred.
Junior associate candidates expected to graduate in 2024 or 2025.

Responsibilities

Assist with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and investment transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional agreements and supporting documentation.
Work on real estate joint ventures, private equity investments, and M&A transactions.
Support commercial real estate financing, fund formation, and leasing matters.
Conduct due diligence, analyze transaction risks, and help guide deals through closing.
Collaborate with experienced attorneys and clients on sophisticated real estate projects.
Gain exposure to office, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, retail, and other property investments.
