Job summary

ITC Defense Corp. in Lexington Park, MD (Hybrid: On-site 3 days a week) is seeking a Junior Project Control Analyst to support program execution, financial management, and operational activities within the ITC Program Management Office.

The role emphasizes budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis using Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, with exposure to DoD contracting practices and subcontract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3 years or fewer of relevant work experience is expected.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and project financials.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must hold or be able to obtain an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track program budgets, schedules, and requirements.
• Coordinate deliverables across management, customers, and subcontractors.
• Support documentation, change control, data management, and government processes.
• Utilize Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps for analysis.
• Assist with budget development, EACs, forecasts, and labor-hour allocation.
• Support travel authorizations, ODCs, invoices, and subcontract modifications.
