Job summary

Novacore seeks a Junior Product Manager to support AI-enabled automation across the MGA value chain from Conshohocken, PA. You will translate needs from underwriting, operations, and tech into clear requirements and help deliver automated workflows powered by AI agents.

You'll assist in maintaining roadmaps, drafting user stories, and supporting MVP delivery, with a clear path toward owning product areas in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of product management, business analysis, or related role in B2B SaaS or insurance tech.
• Interest or familiarity with insurance/MGA space and underwriting workflows.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or API-driven products; data analysis aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Support product managers in maintaining roadmap and backlog for automation and AI solutions.
• Gather business needs and translate into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, partners, and internal units to deliver MVPs and iterate.
• Support adoption of intelligent workflows and document user training materials.
• Coordinate delivery from ideation to testing, feedback, and rollout; track actions and status.
• Help report on business impact via dashboards; understand underwriting constraints.
