L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Somerset, NJ is seeking a 12-Month Junior Manufacturing Supply Chain Associate to support the supply team, maintain audit-ready documentation, and coordinate cross-functional projects across flows, quality and finance. This role offers exposure to master data management and weekly reporting in a fast-paced cosmetics manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates hold a recent bachelor’s or master’s in industrial engineering, supply chain, or chemical engineering,

Qualifications

Actively enrolled or recently graduated in industrial engineering, supply chain, chemical engineering, or related field.
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, graphs), Outlook, Word.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Support Supply Team by providing tools for monthly KPI calculations.
Ensure documentation is saved for audit purposes.
Coordinate projects with Flows, Quality, Finances.
Learn MSC areas and interactions with other plant areas.
Support Master Data Management analysis and weekly/daily reporting.
Create, monitor and execute efficiency projects related to planning, procurement, launch or master data.
Understand end-to-end supply chain processes of cosmetics manufacturing.
