L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Somerset, NJ is seeking a 12-Month Junior Manufacturing Supply Chain Associate to support KPI tooling and documentation for audit readiness. You will coordinate projects across Flows, Quality, and Finances while learning MSC processes and master data management in a cosmetics manufacturing setting.

• Proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables), Outlook, Word.
• Independent problem-solving
• Analytical skills

• Handle multiple tasks at a time
• Good understanding of Manufacturing Process
• Must have good communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Team by providing tools for monthly KPI calculation.
• Ensure documentation is saved correctly for audit purposes.
• Coordinate projects with areas such as Flows, Quality, Finances.
• Learn MSC areas and interaction with other plant areas.
• Support Master Data Management analysis and weekly/daily reporting.
• Create, monitor and execute efficiency projects related to planning, procurement, launch or master data.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain process of cosmetics manufacturing plant.
