Job summary

L’Oréal Usa in Somerset, NJ is seeking a 12-month Junior Manufacturing Supply Chain Associate to support monthly KPI tools, audit-ready documentation, and cross-functional project coordination across flows, quality, and finances. You will learn MSC areas and Master Data Management, while contributing to efficiency projects in planning, procurement, and master data.

The role embraces hybrid work with on-site presence and growth opportunities in a global beauty leader known for dermo-cosmetics

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled or recently graduated in industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• Demonstrates independent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Effective communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Hybrid work policy and US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Team providing tools for their monthly KPI calculation
• Documentation for audits and proper file saving
• Coordinate projects with flows, quality and finances
• Learn about MSC areas and their interactions across the plant
• Support Master Data Management analysis and weekly/daily reporting
• Create, monitor and execute efficiency projects related to planning, procurement, launch or master data
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes in cosmetics manufacturing
