L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Somerset, NJ is seeking a 12-Month Junior Manufacturing Supply Chain Associate to support the supply team, maintain audit-ready documentation, and coordinate cross-functional projects across flows, quality and finance. This role offers exposure to master data management and weekly reporting in a fast-paced cosmetics manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled or recently graduated in industrial engineering, supply chain, chemical engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, graphs), Outlook, Word.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Team by providing tools for monthly KPI calculations.
• Ensure documentation is saved for audit purposes.
• Coordinate projects with Flows, Quality, Finances.
• Learn MSC areas and interactions with other plant areas.
• Support Master Data Management analysis and weekly/daily reporting.
• Create, monitor and execute efficiency projects related to planning, procurement, launch or master data.
• Understand end-to-end supply chain processes of cosmetics manufacturing.

What You Will Learn:
