L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Somerset, NJ is offering a 12-month Junior Manufacturing Supply Chain Associate position. You will support monthly KPI tooling, ensure audit-ready documentation, and coordinate projects across various plant functions.

• Proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Graphs), Outlook, Word
• Independent problem-solving
• Analytical skills and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Team providing tools for monthly KPI calculation.
• Ensure documentation is saved for audit purposes.
• Coordinate projects with areas such as Flows, Quality, Finances.
• Learn about MSC areas and interactions within the plant.
• Support Master Data Management analysis and weekly/daily reporting.
• Create, monitor and execute efficiency projects related to planning, procurement, launch or master data.
• Know end-to-end supply chain processes of cosmetics manufacturing.

What You Will Learn

• Support Supply Team providing tools for their monthly KPI calculation
