Job summary

SGS in New Jersey is hiring for an account manager with a hybrid work model. You will manage client relationships, coordinate projects and proposals, and promote testing, inspection and certification services to grow revenue.

The role requires 2+ years in inside sales or client service, strong English communication, and travel up to 30%. A university degree is preferred in science, engineering or business.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent educational background, preferably in science, engineering or business.
• 2+ years of client service or inside sales experience in a multinational organization.
• Strong written and spoken English skills; other languages are an advantage.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of time.
• Hybrid role based in New Jersey with remote work and in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Account management, project coordination and service proposals for consumer product clients.
• Promote SGS services to existing and new clients to close deals.
• Coordinate with sales, account managers and lab teams to support clients.
