BCG Attorney Search seeks a Junior Commercial Disputes Associate for our Charlotte, NC office. The candidate will handle general commercial litigation across state and federal courts in North Carolina, with involvement in research, drafting, discovery, and client contact.

Two to four years of experience in commercial litigation is preferred, along with NC Bar admission or eligibility. A judicial clerkship or law review experience is a plus, and the role offers hybrid/remote work opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Admitted to or eligible for admission to the North Carolina Bar.
• Judicial clerkship, law review, or journal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent legal research.
• Draft substantive pleadings, motions, and litigation-related documents.
• Manage all phases of discovery, including e-discovery.
• Collaborate with experienced litigators and engage in client contact.
