Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience handling general commercial litigation in North Carolina.
• Experience independently conducting legal research and drafting substantive pleadings and other litigation documents.
• Admitted to or eligible for admission to the North Carolina Bar; judicial clerkship or law review experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts across NC.
• Manage discovery phases, including e-discovery, and draft related documentation.
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and client communication.
