Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Associate for a Charlotte, NC office. The role focuses on sophisticated transactions across the United States, partnering with top-tier clients.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of CRE experience at a national law firm, strong drafting and negotiating skills, and a proven ability to manage complex due diligence and closing processes in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm.
•  
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Admission to the bar in the state of location preference.

Responsibilities

• Advise institutional investors, developers, and private equity clients on commercial real estate matters.
• Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across diverse asset classes.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and commercial leases.
• Conduct and manage due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning reviews.
• Advise on development projects from entitlement through completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various practice areas.
• Support clients with operational real estate matters, including lease amendments and tenant issues.
