Qualifications

• 3–8 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or willing to obtain license immediately.
• Experience representing plaintiffs or defendants in civil litigation.
• Experience in hearings, depositions, and motion practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients on litigation issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Correspond with clients and opposing counsel.
• Draft legal documents for filings and communications.
• Participate in depositions, motion hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
