Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a junior associate to join the Commercial Disputes practice in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of general commercial litigation experience, including multi-district litigation or class actions, in state and federal courts.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers and gain increasing levels of responsibility and client contact, with hybrid/remote work opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of relevant litigation experience.
• Admitted to or eligible to sit for the Pennsylvania bar.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent legal research.
• Draft substantive pleadings and motions.
• Organize and manage discovery practices, including e-discovery.
