Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Internship or co-op experience within a utility company environment.
• Strong business analysis skills and ability to document requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and workflow documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for enterprise initiatives.
• Support project managers by coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create user stories, workflow diagrams, process maps, and business documentation using Visio or similar tools.
• Facilitate meetings, provide project status updates, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support digital transformation initiatives involving enterprise repositories, GIS/mapping systems, workflows, and operational applications.
• Assist with backlog management, sprint tracking, and issue management using Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
• Coordinate testing efforts, including QA, issue tracking, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop presentations, SOPs, reports, and training materials for leadership and business users.
• Support data migration, validation, and automation initiatives using Python, SQL, and Oracle databases.
• Participate in continuous process improvement and technology implementation projects.
