Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft applications and CRM platforms (Dynamics 365).

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and configuration for internal systems.
• Troubleshoot user-reported issues and manage case flow.
• Configure settings, dropdown options, and system functionality.
• Guide end-users and train on module usage and features.
• Assist with implementing new features and small projects.
• Handle help desk tickets via Dynamics 365 to maintain operations.
