Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or related field advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Kimberley, Northern Cape, ZA.
• Interest in business processes and technology solutions.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Assist in eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the creation of functional specifications and user stories.
• Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Facilitate meetings and workshops between business users and technical teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations on business analysis findings.
• Learn and apply business analysis tools and techniques.
• Assist in change management activities related to system implementations.
• Build relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during the analysis phase.
