Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating process models, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and surveys.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Manage the requirements lifecycle, including prioritization, change control, and validation.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software development.
• Assist in planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and system capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
