Qualifications

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, IT or related field is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently on remote tasks and collaborate on-site in East London.
• Proactive mindset with a strong interest in business processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior Business Analysts in eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the creation of functional specifications and user stories for software development.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops, both remotely and in-person.
• Help analyze data to identify business trends and opportunities.
• Assist in testing and validation of implemented solutions against requirements.
• Prepare reports and presentations on business analysis findings.
