Placements24 is seeking sharp and analytical individuals to join our Apprentice Business Analyst program in London. This hybrid role balances on-site client interactions with remote work for in-depth analysis and documentation.

You will help gather requirements, map processes, and draft functional specs while learning BA methodologies; the program offers mentorship, real project exposure, and a clear growth path within the company.

Qualificações

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, IT or related field is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently on remote tasks and collaborate on-site in East London.
• Proactive mindset with a strong interest in business processes and technology.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptable to changing project requirements and environments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist senior Business Analysts in eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the creation of functional specifications and user stories for software development.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops, both remotely and in-person.
• Help analyze data to identify business trends and opportunities.
• Assist in testing and validation of implemented solutions against requirements.
• Prepare reports and presentations on business analysis findings.
• Learn and apply various BA methodologies and tools.
• Complete assigned online learning modules and practical case studies.
