Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance tasks.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Back-up accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Create financial dashboards for the department.
• Support audits and internal controls documentation (SOPs, process mapping).
• Assist in data management and timelines for AP to NetSuite conversion project.
