Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of debits, credits, and P/L with GL accounting experience.
• Familiarity with Acumatica ERP and credit card payment systems preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements.
• Review and analyze financial information to determine company performance.
• Supervise finance staff of two in A/R and A/P.
• Maintain accounting records and ensure accurate GL transactions in the ERP system.
• Provide backup for payroll processing and department analysis.
• Develop timely, accurate reports to measure progress.
• Support cost control and inventory cost analysis.
