Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in private companies and CPA firm exposure is a bonus.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred; SAP Business By Design knowledge current.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards; month‑end close experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee month‑end close processes and adjusting journal entries.
• Prepare and review draft financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Monitor cash position, aging, and working capital; coordinate with treasury.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and integrated financial model development.
