MSS MJH Shared Services in Cranbury Township is seeking a Junior Accountant to support month-end close processes and grow into future finance leadership roles. This position involves ownership of key accounting functions, contributing to reports, and ensuring compliance with GAAP guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds a recent Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, is CPA-eligible, and possesses strong Excel skills. A hybrid work schedule and competitive salary between $65,000 and $75,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree must be conferred within the last 12 months.
• Strong academic record; CPA-eligible or pursuing CPA licensure.
• ability to explain variances to non-finance managers.

Responsabilités

• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Maintain general ledger compliance with GAAP.
• Contribute to internal financial reports and audits.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
