Job summary

Bmore Technology is seeking a Systems Technician to join our service team in White Marsh. You’ll resolve hardware, software, and network issues onsite and remotely, and work across servers, devices, and networking equipment.

You’ll document work in ConnectWise and maintain strong client communication. Ideal candidates have MSP/IT consulting experience, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, and a degree in IT or related field with 1–2 years hands-on experience or certifications.

Qualifications

• Previous MSP or IT consulting experience — you’ll support many different clients with very different environments, and thriving in that variety is a skill of its own
• A knack for troubleshooting and a genuine interest in technology
• Strong communication and customer service skills — you can explain tech in plain English
• Organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation
• A bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field plus 1–2 years of hands‑on experience — or multiple industry certifications in place of the degree
• Microsoft or CompTIA certification is a plus — and if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you in earning it within your first six months

Responsibilities

• Be the front line of our service team — resolving hardware, software, and network issues for clients onsite and remotely
• Work across real-world environments — servers, workstations, printers, firewalls, and more — where no two days look the same
• Support WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, switches, and remote access solutions
• Keep clients in the loop with clear, friendly communication from first call to resolution
• Document your work in ConnectWise and help us keep raising the bar on service
