Job summary

Bmore Technology in Maryland is seeking a Systems Technician to join our service team. You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues onsite and remotely, supporting servers, workstations, printers, and more in a variety of real-world environments.

We value strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and a client‑focused approach. A bachelor’s in IT or certifications can substitute for degree; bilingual skills are a plus on our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 1–2 years hands-on experience or multiple industry certifications.
• MSP or IT consulting experience across varied client environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the front line of the service team, resolving hardware, software, and network issues onsite and remotely.
• Support diverse environments including servers, workstations, printers, firewalls, and more.
• Maintain WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, switches, and remote access solutions.
• Communicate clearly with clients from first call to resolution.
• Document work in ConnectWise and help raise service quality.

What You’ll Do

Pay & Benefits

• Salary of $45,000 – $60,000 per year, based on skills and experience

Requirements

• Previous MSP or IT consulting experience — you’ll support many different clients with very different environments, and thriving in that variety is a skill of its own
• A knack for troubleshooting and a genuine interest in technology
• Strong communication and customer service skills — you can explain tech in plain English
• Organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation
• A bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field plus 1–2 years of hands‑on experience — or multiple industry certifications in place of the degree
• Microsoft or CompTIA certification is a plus — and if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you in earning it within your first six months
