Job summary

Trulioo is seeking a Systems Administrator to support our hybrid IT stack in San Diego. You’ll manage endpoints, user accounts, SaaS apps, and onboarding across Google Workspace, Azure Entra ID, and OneLogin, while assisting with security and network troubleshooting.

The role is full-time, based in San Diego with a three‑day‑per‑week in-office hybrid model. Strong collaboration across IT and People teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of IT support or systems administration in SaaS/tech.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Azure/Entra ID, AWS, Jamf, Intune, Jira and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day reliability of the corporate IT stack.
• Provision and deprovision user accounts; manage MFA and SSO access.
• Admin Google Workspace and Azure; manage licensing.
• Support Mimecast email security and IT documentation.
• Assist with Meraki networking and staff onboarding.
• Handle tickets in Jira with timely communication.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and IT knowledge base.
• Assist with AI tool administration and access provisioning.
