Job summary

The Village Network is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain a secure, reliable IT environment across clinical and administrative staff in Wooster, OH. The role focuses on hybrid Microsoft environments, Intune device management, and AD/Entra ID, with a service-minded approach and after-hours support for security incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS required.
• 3–5 years in systems administration.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong communication and service mindset.
• Ability to participate in after-hours on-call.

Responsibilities

• Administer hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Manage hybrid-joined devices and policy standards.
• Maintain user accounts and conditional access.
• Support Windows devices with Intune and configuration profiles.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and incident response.
• Ensure PHI data security and HIPAA compliance.
• Create system documentation and train staff.
