At least 5 years of managing or administering enterprise application deployments, security policies, configuration baselines, and endpoint privilege management along with root cause analysis, change management, and technical documentation experience.

Responsibilities

Level 2/3 server and desktop support
Patch management
Management of AD, Azure and M365
General networking and VPN maintenance
Configuring and managing Group Policy Objects
Managing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune and SharePoint
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and diagrams.
Monitoring system performance, availability, and security across the network
Remaining updated on best practices and industry standards
