Job summary

LVITPros Corp in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a full-time hybrid IT Help Desk Technician to support healthcare practices and small businesses across the Puget Sound region. You will travel between Edmonds and Tacoma, set up new computers, troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, manage user accounts, and maintain security with Active Directory Entra ID.

Qualifications

• Must have strong professional IT support experience as per the job posting.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, networking, printers/scanners, remote tools, hardware repair, Wi‑Fi, and ticketing systems.
• Experience with Intune, Jamf, Azure, firewalls, HIPAA or healthcare IT, or MSP environment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Willingness to travel across Puget Sound region (Edmonds to Tacoma).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve incoming support requests by phone, email, and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 computers and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive).
• Set up new computers and user accounts.
• Resolve printer, scanner, peripheral, mobile device, password, MFA, and account access issues.
• Document work in the ticketing system and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Deliver a consistently positive customer experience on every interaction.
• Travel to client sites across Puget Sound to deploy workstations, install peripherals, and support network/Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Install and replace networking equipment, perform preventative maintenance, assist with office moves and technology rollouts, and work with physicians and staff.
• Represent the company professionally at client locations.
