Job summary

Vertilocity is seeking a Senior Support Technician to manage incidents across desktops, servers, and networking equipment while delivering high-quality customer service. The role blends on-site and remote work, with two days per week at a client site in Winchester, VA and the rest work-from-home.

You will handle incidents, document progress, and collaborate with the Network Administrator to ensure swift resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical IT support experience.
• IT certifications preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft products and Office 365.
• Familiar with RMM/PSA tools such as ConnectWise Manage/Automate.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents via phone, email, or customer portal.
• Monitor system alerts and respond through service incidents.
• Support Microsoft core business applications and operating systems.
• Assist with disaster recovery solutions.
• Configure workstations and network devices.
• Enter time and expenses as work is performed.
