Job summary

TEKsystems in Tulsa, OK is seeking an IT Support Technician III to join our growing IT team. You will provide hands-on support for the Tulsa office and assist with help desk operations across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IT support, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs for equipment moves. This contract role offers on-site work and collaboration with MSP partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support experience or equivalent hands-on exposure.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Networking fundamentals and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and basic troubleshooting for hardware and software.
• Manage help desk tickets via ConnectWise and respond via Teams, email, and in person.
• Assist with hardware moves and setups for servers, switches, and UPS devices (lift up to 50 lbs).
