The position requires aBachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience with at least 1 year in technical support, strong Windows/M365 skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with some after-hours travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of technical support or help desk experience with hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Windows-based computers, Microsoft 365 apps, and end users in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive onsite and remote technical support to Associates, prioritizing requests by urgency and impact.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, business apps, hardware, network, VPN, sign-in, and device issues.
• Configure, deploy, update, and maintain computers, mobile devices, and end-user equipment.
• Support service-center technology and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Document requests, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and guidance for end users.
