Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop and/or helpdesk support experience.
• Must communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
• Must be able to take direction for job functions.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot hardware and software for desktops and laptops.
• Provide technical support to users in-person and remote.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure environment.

Skills

Hands-on experience in LAN/WAN environments

Desktop and helpdesk support experience

Administering Active Directory/Group Policy

Technical troubleshooting of computer servers
