Job summary

Planned Parenthood seeks an IT Specialist to deliver hardware, software, and network support for staff across Illinois. The role reports to the Director of Information Technology and Systems and requires travel to health centers for on-site assistance.

You’ll manage Windows 11, MS 365, Entra/Azure AD, and endpoint management while contributing to cybersecurity, training, and process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of PC/laptop management or helpdesk experience with ticketing.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and Exchange Online.
• Experience with endpoint management and scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hybrid/remote technical support for staff across Illinois.
• Install, deploy, update, and troubleshoot hardware and software; manage tickets.
• Automate tasks with scripting; ensure cybersecurity and policy compliance.
• Travel to Planned Parenthood Health Centers for on-site support as needed.
