Job summary

Lynk Global is seeking an IT Support Engineer to be the primary contact for end-user technical issues, providing hands-on hardware and software support, systems administration, and user training. This role is based in Chevy Chase, MD with some travel to Chantilly, VA; hybrid work 2–3 days onsite.

Responsibilities include provisioning hardware, managing AD and Office 365, configuring software, and maintaining asset inventory. Strong customer service and ITAR awareness are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience providing end user technical support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and macOS operating systems.
• Experience managing users and groups in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Experience using MDM platforms such as ManageEngine or Intune or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for end user technical issues.
• Provision hardware including laptops, printers, telephones, and other equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, ESET, and related systems.
• Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventory.
• Procure hardware and software as needed.
• Provide end user training and support.
