Job summary

Harbor IT is seeking an Internal IT Support Technician II to support a multi-location internal workforce. The role focuses on onboarding/offboarding, endpoint deployment, 2nd line tech support, and Microsoft 365 administration, ensuring secure and reliable devices across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong Intune, M365, and endpoint management experience, with a focus on proactive problem resolution and excellent customer service within a Hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Support, Service Desk, Systems Support, or Endpoint Administration.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 Administration, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
• Experience with RMM platforms (ConnectWise, N-Able, Datto) or similar solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard employees; configure and provision laptops and workstations.
• Manage asset tracking, shipments, returns, and device recovery.
• Administer Windows, macOS, and mobile devices via Microsoft Intune.
• Provide Tier 2 support for hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
