Job summary

Via Licensing Alliance, a Dolby Laboratories subsidiary, seeks a strategic Head of IT to set and execute technology direction, lead software engineering and IT operations, and modernize enterprise platforms in a hybrid Denver/Greenwood Village environment.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical credibility with senior leadership, cloud expertise (Azure, Microsoft 365), security governance, and strong communication to partners across Finance, Legal, Licensing, and Operations.

Qualifications

15+ years of technology leadership across software engineering, architecture, cloud platforms, and IT operations.
Hands-on credibility with modern software development, cloud evolution, and security.
Strong communication, executive presence, and cross-functional influence.
Experience with IT governance, risk management, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise technology strategy and architecture roadmap.
Lead IT organization, including software development, architecture, and IT operations.
Oversee modernization of enterprise technology platforms and data integration.
Establish architecture practices across applications, security, and cloud.
Provide executive updates on strategy, risks, and performance metrics.
