Job summary

Via Licensing Alliance, a Dolby Laboratories subsidiary, seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives across applications, infrastructure, cloud, CRM, analytics, integrations, and platform modernization. You will drive planning, requirements, budgeting, and governance in a matrix environment.

You will partner with analysts, product owners, developers, security teams, and vendors, delivering on-time, on-budget projects with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related discipline; Master’s degree a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO, or similar technology delivery role.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise software, business systems, infrastructure, or technology transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives across applications, infrastructure, cloud, analytics, integrations, and platform modernization.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, resources, and roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and coordinate across teams (development, QA, architecture, security, operations).
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate UAT planning, readiness reviews, go-live activities, and production transition.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews as appropriate.
