Job summary

Via Licensing Alliance, a Dolby Laboratories subsidiary, seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives from inception through implementation and deployment.

You will manage a diverse portfolio including business applications, infrastructure, cloud, CRM, analytics, integrations, and platform modernization, partnering with analysts, developers, security teams, vendors, and audit stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet scope, time, and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience leading complex enterprise software, business systems, infrastructure, or technology transformation projects.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Proven ability to define scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM, cloud platforms, analytics, integrations, and enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet; governance, SOX controls, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives including systems implementations and cloud/infrastructure projects.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, resources, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate across business, development, QA, architecture, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and commitments.
• Adapt delivery approaches using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models and guide teams.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment planning, go-live activities, and production transition.
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive reviews.
