Job summary

Connection Services is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst for our Northern Suburbs, IL location. This hybrid role requires four days on site with a supportive team and a generous benefits package, including 3 weeks of paid time off and a holistic well-being program.

You will receive and manage end-user software requests, perform basic software support, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with IT asset management experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with software/hardware renewals preferred.
• IT asset management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (O365).

Responsibilities

• Receiving basic end-user support requests for software applications.
• Creating and managing software requests.
• Providing basic software support and troubleshooting.
• Serve as a team member, potentially guiding contingent workers indirectly.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
