Job summary

Connection Services in the Northern Suburbs of Illinois is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst for a hybrid role with four days onsite. You will handle software requests, assist end-users, and ensure compliance with corporate policies while potentially guiding contingent workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with software and hardware renewals preferred.
• IT asset management experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office suite including O365.

Responsibilities

• Receiving basic support requests from end-users for software applications
• Creating and managing software requests
• Providing basic software support and troubleshooting
• Serve as a team member, potentially guiding contingent workers indirectly.
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate policies and procedures.
