Job summary

DraftKings is seeking a Senior IT Services Technician to keep our Las Vegas team connected and productive. You will provide customer-first IT support across devices, manage enterprise IT systems, and collaborate on IT projects that drive innovation.

The role requires 3+ years in enterprise IT support, hands-on experience with Intune/SCCM/JAMF, and on-site work in Las Vegas 3x per week. Strong CS, AD, and Azure knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise IT support with knowledge of operating systems, network infrastructure, and enterprise technologies like O365 and G Suite.
• Hands-on experience with device management tools such as Intune, SCCM, or JAMF, and familiarity with DNS, DHCP, MS Active Directory, and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, customer-first IT support for various devices and platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Manage and administer enterprise IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and foundational network support.
• Collaborate with IT peers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Utilize ITIL/ITSM principles to efficiently handle and resolve support requests.
• Continuously enhance your technical skills and pursue relevant certifications to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Participate in and contribute to strategic IT projects that drive innovation and growth.
