Qualifications
- Requires 3–5 years of scheduling experience with a Windows-based scheduling system.
- 5+ years of escalating and documenting critical job failures and schedule problems.
- 5 years of hands-on troubleshooting involving scheduler, batch processes and cycle flows.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field with four years IT service management experience or eight years experience in the field.
Responsibilities
- Monitor job flows controlled by CA Workload Automation DE (dSeries).
- Respond quickly to job failures by determining cause and contacting on-call staff.
- Occasionally migrate software to production and/or test environments.
- Document problems, set up job flow dependencies, and troubleshoot test flows.
