Job summary

Iridium Communications Inc is seeking a Service Specialist I to serve as the primary contact for incidents and service requests. You will support end users, perform level I troubleshooting, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure LAN/WAN connectivity. Hybrid in-office role in AZ.

Responsibilities include password resets, access changes, device setup, and documenting actions for trend analysis. Requires ITIL familiarity and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience providing IT support for Windows and Office 365.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
• Understanding of AD, DNS/DHCP, VPN.
• ITIL knowledge; ITIL Foundation within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Log, categorize, and own incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
• Maintain First Call Resolution using knowledge articles and SOPs.
