Job summary

InSite Health Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist/IT Manager to support hybrid work in Marlton, NJ. The role covers provisioning, onboarding, and ongoing IT support across hardware, software, and accounts.

You will own core security practices, IAM, endpoint protection, and policy documentation while collaborating with vendors and internal teams in a fast-growing health tech environment. Experience with SOC 2/HIPAA controls and client-facing integrations is a plus, and the position offers

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, admin, or infosec-adjacent role.
• Hands-on device provisioning and endpoint management tools.
• Security fundamentals: IAM, endpoint protection, network basics.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, HR/IT systems.
• Independent work with strong priority setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full device lifecycle for new hires and off-boarding.
• Primary IT support contact for hardware, software, accounts.
• Administer identity/access management, email, endpoint management.
• Improve security posture: endpoint protection and patching.
• Develop IT policies and onboarding/off-boarding checklists.
• Support HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance and audit prep.
• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and respond to incidents.
• Manage IT vendors and service providers.
• Assist with client-facing technical work as company grows.
