Job summary

Center for Performance Mastery is seeking an IT Manager to lead the IT segment of the tech team. The role covers network infrastructure, security, hardware/software deployment, email/document management, and help desk support.

The ideal candidate will manage an in-office plus remote staff in a hybrid setup, collaborating with teams managing software and data platforms to scale business processes and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years IT experience, with 2+ years in a management role.
• Experience with PCs and Macs in a cloud-focused office.
• Strong IT infrastructure and operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead large IT projects, including design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Monitor IT system performance to optimize cost and productivity.
• Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop IT solutions.
• Assess vendors and test new hardware/software.
• Manage IT staff: recruiting, training, coaching, performance reviews.
• Network maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, monitoring.
• Assist with hardware setup and troubleshooting.
• Annual security assessment and remediation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends.
• Provide strategic leadership to meet future IT and security needs.
• Be on-call during off-hours as needed.
• Occasional travel between offices may be required.
